Program #192 “Clinton Cash” – 7/05/2015 – Synopsis

After the Supreme Court ruling, you might be expecting this Sunday’s program to be about the legalization of same-sex marriage.  However,  I will take up that subject in upcoming programs #193 and #195.  The radio station asked me to upload my programs two weeks in advance during the summer months, so there must be a lead time.  Nevertheless, there is relevance in looking at the corruption of civil government through greed.  Many sources have pointed out that it was economic leaders with deep pockets that pushed for, and funded, the legalization of homosexual marriage.  As is prophesied, we are certainly seeing the empowerment of evil.

Program #192 is about the latest research book by Peter Schweizer which documents how Bill and Hillary Clinton have made millions by peddling their political influence.  I am addressing this subject because the Bible has much to say about a bribe perverting the way of justice.   If we lived in a godly nation, money would be taken out of politics; and if Americans were a people of godly character, they would vote according to God’s higher law and not be influenced by the kind of propaganda money can buy.

I conclude with three points to consider:   (1) The fact that so many people put so much money into the hands of the Clintons reminds us that the world loves its own, (2) Don’t think for a moment that social liberals in America are exempt from good old-fashioned communist-era greed, bribes and corruption, and (3) Hillary is still a front-runner because the public wants falsehood.  “If a man walking after wind and falsehood had told lies and said, ‘I will speak out to you concerning wine and liquor,’ He would be spokesman to this people” (Micah 2:11).
