God and Country #68 – For Feb 17, 2013 – The Annual State of the Church Address 2013:

In conjunction with President Obama’s annual State of the Union Address, I endeavor to give my annual assessment of the church and the concerns face God’s people in our day. The first point is the importance of the church over the temporal state. The second is the success of the church despite the enormous increase in the power and influence of secular humanism in places of authority. The third point is the role and success of the church in politics; and finally, Christ’s goal for the church in these lasts days is holiness.
