The Left’s big lie is that open borders is compassion, and those who oppose are racists.   But the truth is this: Because we love the foreigner, the border should be closed.  These migrants are being offered the false promise of the American Dream (The lure of materialism) and it will end in pain and hardship. In general, migrants are no better off in America than they were in their home countries.   “Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and  a snare and into many foolish and harmful desires which plunge men into ruin and destruction” ( 1 Timothy 6:9).  Remember what happen to Lot, who moved into Sodom because the land was rich.
